Jenny is a seasoned national cannabis compliance expert with deep roots in Colorado’s market, having witnessed its evolution from the unregulated wild west of 2009 to the highly regulated landscape of 2025. After a 23-year career in hospitality, she transitioned into the cannabis industry in 2009 and quickly rose through the ranks—eventually becoming Chief Operating Officer of a vertically integrated, multi-million-dollar operation in Denver by 2014.
In 2015, Jenny founded ICS Consulting, drawing on her firsthand operational experience to offer fractional compliance services to licensed operators across the country.
